THE THRONE is a parody entertainment product. You are paying to place your chosen name, message, and link in a novelty "throne" position for as long as you hold it.

• The position has no monetary value and gives you no ownership, winnings, or prize. It is vanity only.
• This is not a lottery, raffle, competition, or game of chance. Nothing is paid out to anyone.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Your position can be taken by anyone at any time. That is the entire point.
• You must be 18 or over.

Keep it clean and this stays online. The following are prohibited and will be removed without refund, with accounts blocked and, where required, reported to authorities:

• Content depicting minors, in any form.
• Nudity or sexual content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or threats.
• Harassment or targeting of a private individual, including uploading someone's photo or name without their consent.
• Doxxing: phone numbers, addresses, or other personal information.
• Hate speech or hateful symbols.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or links to any of the above.
• Impersonation, or anything unlawful.

Anyone depicted or named can request instant removal, no questions asked. Every item has a Report button. We may remove any content and revoke any position at any time.

You are solely responsible for the name, message, and link you submit. By submitting them you confirm you own or have the right to use them, that they are lawful, that they do not depict any other person without their consent and do not depict any minor.

You retain your content but grant us a licence to display it while live. Links are user-submitted; we do not endorse or verify external sites and a displayed link implies no affiliation or endorsement.

No prize, jackpot, or payout is offered or awarded. Outcomes are not games of chance. Cumulative amounts shown are amounts users have chosen to spend on a vanity item.

All prices are set, charged, and settled in pounds sterling (GBP, £). This is the only currency THE THRONE actually charges. There is no option to be billed in another currency.

For visitors outside the UK, prices may also be shown alongside an approximate conversion into US Dollars, Euros, Canadian Dollars, or Australian Dollars, calculated using a periodically-updated exchange rate. This conversion is indicative only, provided for convenience, and is not the amount you will be charged. Your card issuer or bank, not THE THRONE, converts the GBP charge into your card's currency and applies its own exchange rate and any fees, exactly as it would for any international purchase. THE THRONE has no control over, and is not responsible for, that conversion rate or any associated fees.

The displayed currency is a personal preference only. Changing it does not change what is charged, what is stored as the record price on THE THRONE, or your position on the price ladder, which is tracked in GBP for every visitor regardless of location.

10% of every tribute is given directly to people who need it more than this website does. This is not a donation to a registered charity and THE THRONE is not acting as a charitable organisation or commercial participator. It is money the site owner personally gives away. The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-submitted content or external linked sites. We may remove content or suspend the service at any time.
